Terms of service

We offer free delivery and return for normal-priced products in Finland. Delivery time is between 2-5 working days from receiving the order. During campaigns, the delivery may be extended due to large order quantities. You will receive a notification in your email after the order is being shipped. Our delivery times are indicative, we are not responsible for delays due to transport. If you have any questions regarding your order or delivery time, you can contact our customer service.

You can check the details of the product(s) you have ordered from the automatic order confirmation, which you will receive at the email address you provided after placing your order. If there are any issues, you can contact our customer service by email at [email protected] To expedite the matter, we also ask you to provide the order number and your name in the email. It is not always possible to change your order, as we may have already mailed your order, but our customer service will always check to see if the change is possible.

1. Delivery to Finland

In principle, we deliver products in Finland by shipment directly to the customer’s home address in an envelope. The envelope shipment does not have a tracking feature. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product. If the product has not arrived within five working days, we ask you to contact our customer service by email. Additional costs beyond our control may be incurred if you choose an alternative delivery or payment method (eg installment payment).

We deliver larger orders as a postal package to the post office of your choice. For larger orders, Posti primarily sends a text message about the arrival at the office to the telephone number specified in the order. If you do not receive a package arrival notification within five business days from placing the order, check the tracking ID to see where your package is. The package will be kept at the Post Office for 7 days, after which it will be returned to the sender. Please note, however, that an unclaimed shipment is not a refund under the Consumer Protection Act. In Finland, we only use Posti’s services for transportation.

2. Delivery abroad

Countries we currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands.

When delivered outside Finland, delivery costs are added to the price of the product (6 EUR). Deliveries outside Finland are handled by Asendia. Shipments have a tracking ID that is delivered to the customer via email when the order is shipped. Delivery time in the EU is about 7-14 working days. We send packages overseas once a week.

An unclaimed shipment is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act but is considered a breach of contract on the part of the buyer. In these cases, we will automatically charge € 15.00 for postage and handling. The online store has the right to demand compensation from the buyer for the costs incurred due to breach of contract. (Chapter 5 Sections 25 & 28 of the Consumer Protection Act).

1. Return from Finland

If you want to return the product you bought after receiving it, send us a digital return form which you will find from customer service. You can return the product free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned product must be unopened, unused and in a condition to be sold, including any price tags that came with it. If these conditions are not met, we cannot accept a refund. The product must be well packaged and the customer is responsible for the breakage or loss of a poorly packaged product.
The returned products must be taken to Posti. When returning, you must state the return agreement ID 670505 and indicate the Holomons.com customer return package in question. When the product arrives in proper condition, the product will be inspected, after which we will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. We always refund your money through Paytrail.
When making a return, you can package all the returned products in the same package/letter, even if they were sent in separate packages.
Return takes about 1-2 weeks. After processing the package, we will refund the money through Paytrail.
If you return the product, be sure to take a receipt of the return and keep it until your return is approved. Receipts may be required in problem situations.

2. Return from the rest of the EU

Holomons.com does not accept return shipments from abroad. Only approved products will be refunded to the customer, either with a new similar product or by refunding the customer’s payment to the customer.

In Finland, we always take back claimed products as return shipments. Complaints from abroad are processed by email. We do not receive return shipments from outside Finland due to the cost of return shipments.

Dear customer, please send us a digital return form when you return the products.

Opening the package is a purchase decision! We are not obligated to replace a product that is not in its original condition or from which the packaging has been torn open. We only accept return shipments from Finland.

    Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
